1)将鸡爪清理干净后,取一大汤煲,注入大半锅水,煮沸后下入鸡爪、姜片、料酒地、盐,再次煮沸后转小火,慢炖2小时,至汤汁浓稠,水份收至一半时关火;

9)加入清水,水量以刚好没过包子为宜;盖上锅盖,大火烧开后转中火,煎至水分完全收干;后开盖撒上葱花即可。
